What is Members Only?
Our Members Only section of the website is for Bio-Tuning® Practitioners in practice and currently enrolled students in one of our training programs.
How do I get access to Members Only content?
How do I obtain a User Name and Password?
Anyone is able to register for an account on our website, if you purchase our Bio-Tuning® System and Training, you’ll become a student and your user permissions will change to have access to parts of the website that are hidden to non-students.
Can I program my computer to remember my login information?
How do I login to my account?
Easy ! Just Click Here to go to the login page, enter your username and password and login.
What can I do if I forget my password or username?
If you’ve forgotten your username, you’ll have to reach out to us at cnr@neuroacoustic.com and request for a username retrieval. If you’ve forgotten your password, please Click Here to retrieve your password, or you can find the “Reset your password” link at the bottom of our Login Page.
Will you distribute my email contact information to other organizations?
No, we ascribe to a Privacy Policy. Your name and personal information, including your e-mail address, will not be shared with any individual, agency or business without your express permission. As a Member, you are giving permission to those who search to see the information you have set forth. If someone contacts CNR for a therapist in your area, you are also giving any CNR associate permission to share the information you set forth in your Registry application and for those searching for a therapist on-line. Technical Issues
Why are my course videos muted by default?
If you notice that your videos in one of our Video Courses is muted by default, this is a browser specific setting. Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to override local browser settings, however you can enable audio in the browser of your choice! Once audio is enabled in your browser or for our site, this setting will apply going forward, so you should only have to adjust these settings once in your browser.
